Winter Sun's profile

Editorial Design - Kepler Magazine

Kepler Magazine is not just your ordinary publication; it's a captivating journey into the cosmos that takes readers on an awe-inspiring exploration of the exoplanets and the various related details. With its engaging content and visually stunning presentation, Kepler Magazine goes far beyond the ordinary, and focuses on presenting the beauty of exoplanets from different perspectives, including their surface textures, components, characteristics of atmosphere, etc. Each issue is a treasure trove of celestial wonders, featuring breathtaking images, thought-provoking articles, and stories that inspire wonder and curiosity. The contents included are friendly for readers with all levels of understanding, especially those who are seeking a wonderful experience getting to know elements beyond our solar system. It is also a nice art collection that can appear on everyone’s shelf.

In this project, I spearheaded the concept direction, constructed the visual system, and compiled information to ensure the team's comprehensive understanding of our goals and purpose. I coordinated activities throughout the entire process and assumed responsibility for quality control. I designed the layouts for two articles, namely "Explore our Neighbors" and "A Prelude to Iceland." In addition to designing layouts for spreads, I crafted our logo, front cover, back cover, flyleaves, and a 3D-printed magazine package.
